You can use the generic LoRaWAN sensor found in the manufacturer Pilot Things. This sensor will send the undecoded data. You can also ask us to add the sensor and its decoder to support@pilot-things.com

It indicates that the LoRaWAN gateway was unable to connect properly to the server (LNS). Kerlink gateways are set up to connect automatically. If the gateway has never been in a connected status there may have been a problem during this configuration. Otherwise it is because the gateway is not connected properly to the Internet.
